The New policy of PVC Resin to Indian market

India's anti-dumping policy (ADD) on imports of PVC originating from China and the United States has expired. It is understood that the Indian government has not announced a new policy.

According to the information inquiries, there have been incidents of delaying the announcement of whether to consider extending the time for anti-dumping investigations after the expiry date. The previous practice of Indian Customs was that before the introduction of the new policy, due to the expiration of the ADD, there was no need to pay anti-dumping duties during this period. That is, the default is to not receive import anti-dumping duties. This means that buyers can use this period of time to import some relatively cheap PVC materials before the results of anti-dumping investigations and new policies are officially introduced.
